I was thinking about taking pictures of my little sister in bum like clothing holding a sign conveying something around the lines of homeless and needing money but in stronger wording, sitting in some sort of place where you'd normally see bums. The economy has become such a horrible place, there are so many more homeless people now days then there has been in a very long time. "The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer."
i could become a better photographer by
* carrying my camera everywhere i went, and taking photos of anything that looks appealing.
* setting up my shots in a better manner, guaranteed my photos would be 100 times better.
* take more pictures of the things i really like in life such as landscapes and nature to develope a high skill level in those areas.

In my opinion, this video was very interesting to watch. Each story had it's own pictures to go with it that showed more to the story. i think each picture was taken to show how each photographer perspective came into play within the stories. not everything was in the nicest way, its like the pictures were takin to send out some type of message to everyone who would be looking at it and reading the story.

NY TIMES:
Obama: as the president of the united states all these pictures are up close and personal. His facial expressions vary and they really make you think about the things he might be saying or what he is thinking.
Cheney: this photo of cheney isnt so much on a personal level, the picture is of him cooking which doesnt tell us very much in comparison to obama. there needs to be more to the picture on a personal level and something that is compared or a like to obama to give the picture more of an importance.

Things I Learned--
~Backdrop is very important, it gives certain pictures much more importance
~value between backdrop and the subject
~its okay to break the rules every now and then to catch a really good photo
~get opposites of everything; color vs black/white, plain vs complicated, light vs dark
~taking notes will help you later on and it will keep you understanding whats going on within the picture and backgroud ect.

The indecisive image--
There are many different techniques that you can chose from to set up a shot such as macro, motion blur, shutter speed and depth of field. Bruer is the most radical process photographer; he always manages to find the best work outside the rules! Abstract photography is almost like a whole different world in photography. at times you cant even tell what your looking at, except a crazy cool looking picture.
